2. Product Information and Availability

All product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, colors, or images are error-free or completely up to date.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, only confirmation that we have received it.

We accept multiple payment methods as shown at checkout. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

If you have entered incorrect contact details or a wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at QYI@yangtao.com.hk to request a correction.

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes. In such cases, we recommend contacting the logistics provider directly using your tracking number.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we highly recommend double-checking your order details before completing payment.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, please contact us at QYI@yangtao.com.hk and we will assist you if possible. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

a.The item is out of stock
b.Delivery is not available to your shipping region
c.Pricing or product details were incorrect due to human or system error

If your order is canceled by QYI, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of the order date.

You agree that QYI is not obligated to offer any additional compensation for the cancellation of your order. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times, fees, and regions covered. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier service interruptions.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for specific conditions and procedures.

Items returned without prior notice or in non-original condition may not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the QYI website — including but not limited to images, text, logos, product names, and designs — is owned or licensed by YANGTAO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated.
