1. Your Privacy

QYI will respect your statutory privacy rights when collecting, holding, storing, using, transmitting, or otherwise processing personal data, and this Privacy Policy Statement explains our privacy practices. We are committed to complying with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). This notice does not limit your rights as a data subject under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

In this Privacy Policy Statement, the term "personal data" has the meaning given in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

In the process of using our services, you may need to promptly provide your relevant personal information, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, passport or identity document number, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card information, education level, occupation, family income, interests and preferred activities, etc. If you refuse to provide relevant information and/or provide incomplete or inaccurate information, we may be unable to provide you with certain services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parents or guardians before providing us with any personal data. We will not collect your personal data without their consent.

3. Purposes for which we will collect and use your personal data

We may collect your personal data when you shop or participate in related promotional activities. If you want to receive certain services from us, you must provide some of your personal data.

We may use any personal data you provide (whether required or voluntary) to provide you with the following additional services and/or perform the following activities:

a. To better understand our customer base;

d. Government and regulatory agencies, law enforcement agencies and other organizations as required or authorized by applicable laws in or outside Hong Kong;

All third-party providers are bound by a duty of confidentiality and contractual terms to protect the privacy of your personal data and to use your personal data only for the purposes set out above and not for any other purpose (including direct marketing).

5. Direct Marketing

We may use your personal data (including your name, phone number, address and email address) for direct marketing purposes. Where required by law, we will only use your personal data for direct marketing purposes if we have your consent (including your absence of objection).

If you agree, our personal data may be used for the following purposes:

a. To notify you about new product launches and other promotional offers, including (where applicable) apparel, wearable nails, false eyelashes, accessories, etc.;

b. To inform you about our promotions;

c. Notify you of exclusive offers or activities related to related products for promotion and reward purposes;

d. The latest information on marketing incentive programs, birthday offers, free trials, digital campaigns, street-level promotions, in-store promotions, etc.;

e. to inform you of joint promotions with shopping malls, department stores, credit card companies, banks, industries, celebrity magazines, television, websites, cultural, arts or music groups/organizations, charities or non-profit organizations;

f. Conduct cross-brand promotional activities with QYI brands (if applicable).

If you do not wish us to continue using your personal data for direct marketing as described above, you may exercise your right to opt-out through the channels we provide. Please note that when exercising your right to opt-out, we may require you to provide identity verification information to ensure the security of your personal data.

6. Security

The personal data you provide will be properly stored in our customer service system and only authorized personnel who have been trained on the privacy policy can access such data.

7. Cookies

Cookies are a feature that stores records of your visits to this website on your computer or mobile device. The cookies used by this website cannot identify individual users, and the information collected through cookies does not include your email address, name, or other personal information.

The main purposes for which we use Cookies are:

a. To enable you to browse multiple pages on this website without having to reload information;

If you do not wish to receive promotional and marketing information from us, you may request that your personal data be removed from our mailing list.

11. Data Retention
