You may request a return or refund if:

1.The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2.The wrong item was shipped.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike after use.

Return Conditions:

1.Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and must include your order number and photos.

2.Products must be unused and in original packaging.  

Return Process:

Contact us via email at QYI@yangtao.com.hk within14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. 

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
